You just make your favorite menu and arrange for tables and rest we will arrange, We will provide Chaffing dishes, cutlery, crockery, tissues, food and beverages, our staff will serve food and clear it as well, we will even make hot starters or live stations as per the menu. Typical Dinner with cocktail starters Menu 2 to 3 veg starters like cheese corn ball, tomato cheese bruschetta and Paneer chili 2 to 3 non-veg starters like chicken tikka, chilli chicken and fish finger 1 or 2 live stations like Live Chaat station with 3 to 4 varieties of Chaats Live Pasta station with red and white sauce along garlic bread Full Main course for example Green salad Papad and Pickle Jeera rice Dal fry Mutter paneer Boondi raita Tandoori roti and naan Butter chicken Gulab jamun Ice-cream Or a smaller Main-course like Chicken Biryani Vegetable Biryani Raita Gulab jamun Ice-cream This is a non-veg dinner and cocktail menu. You can make a veg menu by removing the non-veg starters and main-course. We can also help you with your beverages by providing you a barman, staff for clearing beverages, Tom Collins glasses, small juice glass, ice cooler, chillers, soft drink, soda, sugar syrup, lemon juice and sundry garnish like mint, lemons and salt for an additional cost.
